Axe Throwing 101

 

1. Stance is Key 
Start with a balanced stance with feet shoulder-width apart. One foot should be slightly forward, providing stability and control.

2. Grip and Release
Grip the axe handle firmly but not too tight. The throw should be smooth, with a fluid release, letting the axe slide naturally from your fingers.

3. Aim and Follow Through
Aim with the eyes fixed on the target. The follow-through motion should extend your arm fully, ensuring the axe rotates properly toward the target.
