Darts 101

 

1. Proper Stance 
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and their dominant foot slightly forward. This stance provides balance and stability, essential for accurate throwing.

2. Grip and Release
Hold the dart firmly but comfortably with the thumb, index, and middle fingers. The release should be smooth and controlled, ensuring a consistent throw.

3. Aiming Technique
Aim with your eyes, focusing on the target rather than the dart itself. A steady, straight arm and a follow-through motion will help improve accuracy.
